Is it possible for me switch without uninstall and reinstall per particular driver. One is Xpress1250 and other is 4770.

You do not need to reinstall the driver each time.
The driver is the same.
Put both cards in the computer and try it.
You may have to manually go in the bios and change between PCI and onboard each time. Some times it works though.
