I have a list of everything I want for my rig, but I'm not sure if this case will have enough room for a water cooling system on the CPU (Intel i7). Does anyone know?

It's a full tower, so most likely a water-cooling system radiator. You of course should be less concerned by the tubes, which are easier to fit into spaces.
