Quick question/discusion before i buy

Hello I am going to build my first computer and i'm going to try to keep it under 500$ for now, here is my build. This computer will primarily be playing games like far cry 2. what operating system should i use i was thinking about windows vista home premium oem so that way i could keep in in budget or should i go with windows 7 beta? please give suggestions i wont be xfire ing or overclocking. and my last question is this a good build for the price?

Best deal is the AMD 720 if you can do it and going windows 7, it only works for a $500 budget if you can accept the mail-in rebates.

Otherwise it would be a toss up between the E5200 and the 7750/7850 (personally I would choose the 7850 combo deal here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.190733 - $150, which leaves you with $200 for RAM and GPU
