In your BIOS, can you go to "boot settings" and then select your boot device order?

Or try setting your BIOS to default settings.

Disabled how!?

The only option I can think that could do that is if you've messed up the "SATA type" settings or if you're using IDE drives and you've disabled the IDE controller.

Try clearing CMOS with your motherboard jumper. If you don't know what I mean google it or look in your manual for where your CMOS jumper is.
