Is this power supply enough for this video card?

this is the power supply (Corsair VX550W 550W ATX 12V 41A 24PIN):
this is the video card (MSI N260GTX-T2D896-OCv3 GeForce GTX 260 896MB) :
If you need more info:
There is 1 hard drive, 1 cd drive and an AMD Phenom II X3 720 Black Edition Triple Core Processor AM3 2.8GHZ, 4 gb ram

Plenty. It has a 41 amp 12 volt output.
GTX260 needs about 11 amps and even your CPU is going to pull less than 10 amps even if you overclock. Leaves
