Use a linksys router as an wireless access point

Hello,i want to use 2 routers connected with a cable
first router i would secure using 10.10.10.1 ip address the 2nd router unsecure ip address 192.168.1.1
could you please give me the correct settings for each router

Why use such default addresses easily prone to hacking ? If you want dual DHCP that is fine, just set a range for your physical ports to start with 10.10.10.nnn and 192.168.1.nnn respectively, set both routers to act as DHCP.
