I have a nForce 590SLI motherboard and in addition 9800GTX.

^^ The 7 series cards do not support CUDA. The requirement for dedicated physX is at least 512MB on VRAM, and CUDA support (8 series or higher)

Actually I think its 256MBs. My 8800GS can be used, and it only has 384MBs of Vram.
