AC MX-4 or Antec Formula 7

I would like to know which is the better thermal paste... I want to overclock my i5 750 to 3.8-4.0GHz.

I can't seem to find any reviews that compare the two. I am just looking for the best temps, please point me in the right direction.

MX-4 or IC Diamond if you can find it.

Thank you... Turns out that MX-4 is cheaper than Formula 7 so i'll definitely go with it. However, I can't find any IC Diamond here...

It also depends what cooler your putting on. If you are not going for really heavy overclocks than the stock paste should be suffice. I also heard good things about IC diamond.

The Antec stuff is actually diamond particles just like IC Diamond. I use IC Diamond myself.

I just ordered some MX-4. Looking forward to seeing how high I can push my i5 750, as well as seeing what temps I will be getting with my GTX480.
