i purchased asus 4350 video card...m currently using this card...but i have gigabyte GA-G31-ES2C ,its shows 384mb video memory....is there any solution to use both graphics memory....plz tell me..

I'm not sure what you are asking here: do you simply want to run two monitors, or what, exactly, do you mean by:

Also - no such GB part number - do you actually have a GA-G31M-ES2C?
If that is your board, and you do actually just want to run two screens, should work, assuming the video drivers will 'tolerate' each other; on the "Advanced BIOS Features" page of your BIOS, change the second last item, "Onboard VGA" from "Enable If No Ext PEG" (the default) to "Always Enable" (page 41 of your manual...)
