My motherboard just died on me now i need to replace it...Here is what I have...
GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3L LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX All Solid Capacitor Intel Motherboard

Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 Conroe 2.33GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor
Mushkin Enhanced Silverline 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
CORSAIR CMPSU-450VX 450W ATX12V V2.2 80 PLUS
Evga Geforce 9600 GT video card
cooler master elite 330 mid tower computer case

What would be the best/cheapest board to replace it with under $100.

Should I get the same Mobo are try to get something different.?

Go for the gigabyte p45-UD3L for $75 after rebate and free shipping at newegg. P35 boards are mostly sold out, and the ones left are too expensive unless you buy used.

I was thinking about this one. GIGABYTE GA-EP45T-UD3LR Would it be any better? or would it just be be better to get the one for $75?

EP45T uses DDR3 memory. I do not thing that DDR3 memory is worth using on the Core2 platform.
