I have a Samsung 750 LCD and I used the packaged PC Share Manager streaming program to network and play my media.

For some reason .VOB files do not play audio. Video is perfectly fine though. Also, both audio and video play on my laptop using VLC player BUT the default is 5.1 (which i think is the problem).
In my Samsung user manual it states that the tv only supports AC3 audio formats.

Is there a way to convert these files to a compatible audio format without compromising the video?

Thank you kindly
