Setting up windows 8

Maybe you can lend a hand... I burn the .iso as an image with windows 7... After that point I put it in my laptop and setup my bios to boot from hd. however it wont boot so I put it in my computer and attempt to load setup and it tells me to put in the x64 version of the CD.. What gives?

You need to set the bios to load from the optical drive not the HD.
