First power up

No video fans and lights come on when i push the power button but will not turn off when i push it again???!! i have redone everything again and still same thing. can anyone help me ?

also reset button doesnt work either. i am using the onboard graphics . oh man help!

Have you gone through the checklist posted above yet? The checklist was created exactly for problems like yours. I'm guessing it's #2 on the checklist. You also need to post your problem in the format outlined in this thread if you expect any meaningful help:
