When referring to temperature reading what should you go by? Core temp, real temp, or speed fan? When people refer to idle temps, do they talk about the "CPU" Reading (on speed fan) Reason I ask is simple, 1 I want to figure out if my temps are normal, cool, or too hot and whether or not to buy an after market cooler. So if you could help be awesome!
Here are my temp images.

Btw, my cpu is an i7 930

The second image in your attachment is what I go by on my system. That is the Core temp. Idle temp is when your CPU is doing very little to nothing. Just sitting idle or surfing the web.

The temps you have listed look like normal temperatures at idle. I have a 125w AMD x6 1095T. Idle temps for me are between 35C and 41C with stock cooler. Max temp for me under heavy load is 60C to 61C.

If you are not going to over clock and you have good case air circulation, the stock cooler will work well enough. If you plan to over clock, an aftermarket cooler may be a good idea. Good Luck.
