Etilqs_xxxxx using up windows/temp space

Hello,
cannot delete these files manually or thru using disk clean manager. can only be deleted in safe mode but come back when computer is rebooted in normal windows

PLEASE HELP .... I've been working on this for 3 days and am only a novice at this ...please give me a simple remedy ..

First may I ask, why do yo need to delete these files?

The reason you can only delete them in safe mode is because in regular mode the program that created them is running and has them opened. The only solution to removing them permanently is to remove the software which is creating them.
