Usb flash drive wont work on any computer

Hello,
i have a wintec filemate 16 gb swivel drive..its new..i was putting pictures from my old computer xp HP labtop on it when the power cut off now it wont work on the xp computer or my new vista computer dell xps please help

Dead flash drive, can't think of another explanation. Get a replacement/refund if still under warranty.

thanks,but not what i wanted to hear but thanks.. i know what i have to do now .... fight with walmart for refund or replacement
