How do I gonfigure My Computer to Launch the External Drives Automatically?

Go to start menu -> run -> type: gpedit.msc and press enter. Group Policy window should pop up. Under Local Compter Policy expand -> Computer Configuration ->
Administrative Templates -> now klick on System. Now on the right side find the item that is called: Turn off Autoplay. Double klick on Turn off Autoplay.
Now at the 3 radio Buttons which you have, choose Disabled and press Ok.

And if that doesn't do it...

Start>Run>services.msc>Shell Hardware Detection>(Double-click)>Startup type>Automatic

If it is Stopped, click Start.
