Cpu cooler confusion

so i have my new build except for a cpu cooler. i haven't built a pc in years and reading all the reviews about different coolers, it seems size is a major concern, but im not sure what will be best with my system, especially the ones that say cover a memory slot since i have 4 dimms thats not ok, money IS an object =]

case: COOLER MASTER CM690 II ADVANCED (mid tower)
psu: Antec TruePower 750W Continuous Power
mb: ASUS P8P67
vc: ASUS Radeon 6850
cpu: Intel Core i5-2400 Sandy Bridge
mem: CORSAIR Vengeance (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 1866
hd: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb

here are some of the coolers i have been looking at, not sure about size, effectiveness, or compatibility:

- COOLER MASTER V8 RR-UV8-XBU1-GP 120mm Rifle CPU Cooler Intel Core i7 compatible

- COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 "Heatpipe Direct Contact" Long Life Sleeve 120mm CPU Cooler Compatible Intel ...

- Thermaltake CLP0574 120mm Jing CPU Cooler

any recommendations will be appriciated. thanks!

  1. I like the COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus, especially if it's priced ~$30.
