were tofind drivers for my laptop i got it from a friend and i format it and now i need some drivers

Go to http://www.dell/com and then to your country's local Dell site and input your Sercice Tag reference from the label under the laptop into the box at the Drivers and Support section. That will lead you to the page with all the drivers for the equipment that went into your specific machine and is the safest place to find drivers.

In My Computer and your C:\ drive, create a new folder and call it Dell Drivers and save all the ones you download into that folder. They will all be executable files so you need only to click on each one in turn to install each driver.

When downloading dell drivers, install "dell download manager" first. This will work to your advantage.
Turn off the fire wall and anti virus when installing the drivers. That's a good tip.
