Upgrading my outdated system

Well im upgrading the ageing computer that i currently have.

current set up is:
Proc:amd 4000+
mobo: asus a8n-sli deluxe
psu: thermaltake 430w
ram: 2 gigs ddr 200 (i think)
graphics: 7600gt

these are basically the things i want to replace in the system. the things i have in mind are

new build
Proc: AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black
mobo: ASUS M4A79 Deluxe
psu: Rosewill RX750-S-B 750W (comes with a free case)
ram: G.SKILL 4GB DDR2 1066
graphics: 2 options
1) 2 hd 4770 in crossfire
2) SAPPHIRE 100259-1GL Radeon HD 4870 1GB

please let me know what i should change this is a early birthday present to myself and i want it to be nice but under 750 bucks as well thanks please comment

Rosewill PSU's are a very bad idea. This is what I'd do in your price range:

Keep in mind that the new motherboards only have 1 IDE port onboard for a total of 2 devices. You might want to spend a little money and upgrade either the HD or optical drive to SATA if you currently have IDE drives.

If you wanted to save even more money you could get the Phenom II 720 and have enough left over for the new HD and optical drive:

shortstuff_mt is right, Rosewill PSUs aren't that great although there are a few units that are okay.
