How do i repair xp sp3 with sp1 cd

I have read on this forum that you can't repair an XP SP3 installation using in my case the original SP1 CD. Can I obtain an XP SP3 CD?

You can repair it by first deleting SP3 from the software list.
Then load the SP1 disk and run the repair.
Better to buy a SP3 disk and run the repair, check on Amazon.
Downloading SP3 I do not recommend, better with the disk.
