Overclocking Athlon 640/Phenom II 955 w/ Turbo Key.

So, on my new PC I will have a M4N68T Mobo, which has Turbo Ket on it, I'm wondering how much I'll be able to OC a Athlon 640 Quad core (3Ghz Stock), I want it to get to 3.2Ghz w/ Stock coolers. (Stock for Phenom II 955), but Im not sure if my PSU can handle it.

AMD Athlon X4 640 AM3

4GB DDR3 1333mhz (2x 2GB)

500GB S-ATAII 3.0Gb/s

22x DVD±RW DL S-ATA Lightscribe

Nvidia GeForce GTx 550 ti 1GB (Or ATI Radeon HD 5830 for £10.10 more, but I heard its worse).

Onboard 7.1 Audio

Xigmatek Asgard [Case]

500W Xigmatek [NPR-CV503

Windows 7 Home Premium [OS]

Would I be able to OC to 3.2Ghz, or would my PSU fail me.

nah u should be fine just dont increase the voltage i have the ii x4 645 and mine is running fine at 3.6ghz on stock voltage... just bump 200 up to 210-215 and u should be fine
