Hello. I am going to upgrade my computer. I am going to replace the CPU and the Mobo. I want to know whether I can put my old CPU + Mobo on my older computer. I mean I know I can put them but will my old video card (GeForce4 MX 440 with AGP8X) be able to run with a GA 965P-S3 mobo and Core2 Duo E2140 CPU. Main question is can I put this old video card on that CPU.

Thats an old AGP graphics card but that motherboard has a PCIE slot for a newer graphics card. You will have a hard time finding a motherboard with an AGP graphics card slot, but that is what you need for that old graphics card.

No that video card will not work with that board

even an extremely cheap video card will out perform your current one by a large margin, it's time to upgrade that to
