This build down below will over clock just as high as that one you have posted but for $160 cheaper (not to mention it includes a decent thermal compound).
I would say stick with the Noctua heatsink. It emits no noise and was the easiest installation on any aftermarket cooler that I have seen. Overclocks nicely to.
I think it came in a Lite-On box. It just read my older XP disk (upgrade) but not the Vista Disk. Any way around that? I have a 500 gig external USB. Can I use it to install?
