Right now my stock cpu fan sounds like a friggin' jet engine, so i'm looking to upgrade it. Using a phenom II 965 BE cpu with the ASUS mobo. The problem with this motherboard is that the space between the RAM slots and CPU socket is very small. With the stock fan/heatsink the gap looks less than a centimeter. Just wondering if anyone out there has this same motherboard and has any suggestions for purchasing a new cpu heatsink.

A CM 212+ would be a good upgrade.
Reading review feedback( Newegg) of your board posters have V8's and V6GT's on that mobo.
The 212+ is alot smaller dimensionally and an excellent choice price and performance wise.
