I want to replace new motherboard but needs to retain the onboard intel p4 2.26 Ghz 512533 mircro processor used in old Asus P4v533 -mx. what would be the substitute or replacement MOTHERBOARD for it.

P4V533-MX is Socket 478, not LGA775.
