It's just a smaller motherboard with four expansion slots instead of seven. That board also has 2 DIMM memory slots instead of the usually 4, and 4 SATA connectors for HDDs instead of the usual 6. Unless you are usind the extra slots and connectors, it's best so save money and get the boards that don't have them.
