Well i recently suggested a 4 monitors office rig set up based on our very own forum's test done earlier here:

Feel free to remove the discrete as with the DVI + VGA ports one could run 2 monitors just off the integrated video fine for office applications hehe Oh and dunno if u really need 2TB space for HDD 
If u worried about office space this rig is in a small footprint mATX casing with a Earthwatts 380 80% efficient PSU chugging along
