I live in the netherlands but dont yet know the
language. Bought a new pc here but the windows XP home
edition loaded on the pc when i bought it is in dutch.

Is there a way...and if so how...to change the set
language on the pc now from dutch to english do my
programs will display everything in english?

No, if you want Windows XP in English then you need to buy Windows XP
English.

Greetings --

You cannot upgrade or convert from one language version of the OS
to another, so you'll have to purchase and use the full version of
English WinXP to perform a clean installation.
