currently im having some problems with my pc ( i just installed a new cpu and video card) the issue is that im expierncing random instablility

(mainly the issue is that the computer will randomly stop responding, or when i tell it to shutdown sometimes it will "hang" and wont shut down unitll i force it too by holding the physical power button) . also tends to stop responding when i right click anything on my desktop.

so what im wondering its because i overclocked too much or because i have an older motherboard.

(after installing new components reinstalled windows and installed correct drivers)

setup:

mobo: gigabyte Gama790x-ud4p
ram: ddr 800 (4 gb total)
cpu: amd 1090t @ 4 ghz at 1.472 v ( stays at 26-30 degrees C)
video card: amd 6850

im wondering if its because of my old(ish) mobo, or possibly the ram?

if not maybe i need to increase the cpu voltage?

thanks in advance!
