0x80070005 access is denied

i have malicious software, virus(es) or both on my system.

when i try to run microsoft security essential it say access is denied and gives error code 0x80070005

i have been to microsoft site and given a hot fix, this too is denied, in fact anything i try to install and run to get rid of whatever it is i have got will not work.

1) You could try running utility rkill, from bleeping computer. It removes known malicious running resources which prevent running you security apps, download, install etc. Then run your "stuff"

2) Try running your "stuff" after booting in safemode. If you do find infections in safe mode, repeat your scans once you boot back in normal mode.

Download a rescue disk form one of the anti-virus vendors on a different computer, boot off that disk on yours, and run the scan. I have used the Avira one a few times, works well. http://www.avira.com/en/download/product/avira-antivir-rescue-system
