Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

In Control Panel>System>Device Manager, scroll to the sound device, highlight it, right click it and click on Properties.

Click the Details tab and note the four characters which follow VEN for Vendor and the four after DEV for Device. Take that information to http://www.pcidatabase.com and input it in the boxes then follow the links to the right driver for that device.
