I have following memory distribution:
Slot 1: 2 GB Transcend DDR2 667 Mhz
Slot 2: 1 GB Transcend DDR2 667 Mhz
Slot 3: 512 MB other brand DDR2 533 Mhz
Slot 4: 512 MB other brand DDR2 533 Mhz

With this configuration, cpuz shows frequency as 200 Mhz. If I remove the modules from slot 3 & 4, reported frequency is 333 Mhz.

Need advice on what is better option, to keep just 3GB running at 667 or 4GB running at 400Mhz?

JFYI, system is running stable with the mixed memory.

The difference between frecuency isn't too big. But, mybe is better that you keep with 3GB to 667MHz
