Hello,

I was wondering if I can back up my laptop's Harddrive from a bootable device to my external Harddrive. My laptop is currently unable to boot into windows. I was wondering if I can use some kind of program to copy my entire laptop's harddrive into my external harddrive. Thanks.

Yep, I would download ubuntu, and burn it to a CD. Then on your laptop plug in the drive, boot to the CD, and then with in the OS, drag and drop what files you want to back up to the external drive. After you back up the files you want, reinstall windows, then your programs and lastly your data.

No that's not what I'm looking for. I'm looking for some kind of PROGRAM to boot from either USB or CD/DVD so I can copy the laptop's HDD entirely onto my external harddrive.
