I have a 200GB HDD in my Compaq C700. It has Vista and is partitioned as 150GB for Vista and 10GB for Recovery by Compaq. I want to wipe both partitions and make 2 different paritions. The First is a 100GB in FAT32 and the Second is a 50GB NTFS so that I can dual boot. What Software would I use to do this? Paragon Parition Manager?

Create your partitions using windows and format the one partition to NTFS. Use this program to format the other partition fat32. I've used this utility before and it works great.

Hey,man
Formating to FAT32 is easy. Firstly ,you can make full use of your windows tools. You just can right click the partition and click Format, in the poping-up box, you can choose the file system you need.
or Here is an article you can have a look and the freeware easeus partition manager is suitable for you.
