Format my Current HDD to FAT32

I have a 200GB HDD in my Compaq C700. It has Vista and is partitioned as 150GB for Vista and 10GB for Recovery by Compaq. I want to wipe both partitions and make 2 different paritions. The First is a 100GB in FAT32 and the Second is a 50GB NTFS so that I can dual boot. What Software would I use to do this? Paragon Parition Manager?

  2. ^+1 wondering the same thing.
  3. Create your partitions using windows and format the one partition to NTFS. Use this program to format the other partition fat32. I've used this utility before and it works great.

The word "program" in my other post is a link to fat32formatter.
