  1. Both would be decent, but both have some components that could be refined. Build #1 would have slightly better performance, but need a better HD and more RAM.
  2. Hmm looking at your choice of mobo+cpu perhaps this would serve you better..not too sure how low a budget u on hehe but the 790GX/SB750 rocks and HD4770 seems to be 'bottlenecked' by worldwide shortages apparently!
