I have a ms-7142 mobo. I want to up grade the memory from 1gb to 2 gb. I removed the (2) 512 mb pc3200 memory and replaced with (2) 1 gb (Samsung K4H510838B-TCCC) memory. When the system boots it tells me the memory is running at 333 mhz. When I run a memory scan on the memory and it is regcognizes as pc3200 400mhz.
