SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming, surfing the internet, listening to music
PARTS NOT REQUIRED: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS
PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: it doesn't really matter
PARTS PREFERENCES: don't care
OVERCLOCKING: when i get a cooler
SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Doesn't matter
MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1920x1200
Games: Call of duty waw, Crysis, Company of Heroes, Far Cry 2, Unreal tournament 3 Basically alot of fps and an occasional rts
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I plan to install Windows 7 rc instead of buying an os. Is this a good idea? Do you think I need a cooler? This is my first build let me know what you think. I would like to run most of those games maxed out at 1920 x 1200, but i know some of those cant be played that way on my budget. also i can go up to 1800$
Looking good. There's not much you won't be able to run with that.

so would the coolermaster you suggested be better, or should I move to a full tower? I really don't care how big it is
If your going to run SLI size and cooling does matter big time. A mid tower CM 690 has more room and better cooling then a lot of full size towers at twice the price of the CM 690. The lines are a bit blurred anymore when it comes to distinguishing a full tower and mid tower.
