Hi everyone,

I have a Asus P5N32-SLI PRIMIUM, WITH 8GB OF RAM. I can't get the ram to run at full speed.

Oh ya the ram is OCZ2P8002G

And my CPU is.

In cpuz it says the ram runs at 1.8v however the decal on the ram says 2.1v, So im not to sure what to set the voltage at. The system runs stable at 266(533) and 333(677) however the computer crashes when i set the mem to 400(800)

Solution
Probably have to adjust the voltage too when you bump the memory speed up. I have some Corsair 1066mhz RAM that defaults to 800mhz and a lower voltage, that I have to do the same on. You may even have to adjust the timings manually.

Looks like that was it, running now for 2 hours at 800mhz 2.5volts temps ok, i got fans on my ram. Also i ran a stress test on the ram and its stable so far. and oh ya i want from 4.8 on windows experience index to 5.8, also my cpu went up 4.9 to 5.9, video went from 6.8 to 7.1 WOW nice. Thanks man
