hello Sir, I had a problem with my hard disk drive. Then i gave it to the service centre to claim the warranty. They replaced a hdd to me. but it having the problem, again i went for service area, same problem exits in the new one. This time the persons in the service centre said to mail for this mail id to rectify my problem. I am spending time for this process upto 2 months. But i dint get any proper response for it. So i request you to clear my problem and to grand a new hard disk drive. My Hard disk details is clearly shown below.
