So the g31 and g41 chipsets are ALL micro atx? And will micro atx support Core2Duo and ATI 4850?

A chipset is not ATX or Micro ATX. The motherboard is either ATX or Micro ATX. And the form factor doesn't determine CPU or graphics card support.

There are at least a couple G31 boards that are ATX, but most IGP chipsets are going to be used on Micro ATX boards.
