M68mt-d3 overclock problem

Hello,
I am trying to OC a 1055t with a gigabyte GA-M68MT-D3 to around 4Ghz. If I change the CPU frequency at all I get this message "Warning! Now system is in safe mode. Please re-setting CPU frequency in CMOS setup". This is my first attempt at an OC. any help would be great! Thanks!

Tom's has a good guide for overclocking. The link below provides a good step by step. I am not familar with the warning message you are getting.

That MOBO is gonna limit your OC greatly...That is a high overclock on that CPU...Pull back the reigns a bit...
