NTLDR is missing

i have a pc with W2000.similar IDE used slave other brand hard disk load WXP Working with old disk sharing
but stand alone indivdul not bootig up new disk showing NTLDR missing repeated restart message
jumper also made master no use any BIOS Set up problem, PLS Assistence expecting
