Install xp from network drive on startup

You have to have a networked server hosting the image file and then set your computer up to PXE boot, which is usually in one of the boot options. Depending on the make/model of your computer you need to hit f something or delete or some other random key to get into the boot selection menu. Alternatively you could go into your BIOS and change the boot order to network first.
