Thanks lowjack, I will consider your suggestion.

Anyone else with suggested cooler that will fit case & MB? I figure I only have about 120 mm or so clearance.

thanks all,

mouse24, thanks for your input. I considered this an option early on but had to cross it off the list as the overall height was 158-159 mm (6.25 inches) My other consideration was Arctic Freezer 13 Pro but still had height issues. Now looking at and checking reviews to Arctic 13 as this is only about 130 mm (5.25 inches) tall. I also looked into the Corsair H70 and think the radiator wont fit in case either except maybe the side panel to the case.

Other suggestions are welcomed.

Thanks all with all your suggestions, my final selection was Noctua NH-U9B SE2

Reasons for selection Noctua site confirms it will fit my MB and height is well below the CM 212+ I liked reviews for this from many other sites and Noctua gets good reviews for their product line.

Special thanks to Davcon as he made me think of more ways to search for solutions, and also to all that take time to help on the forums.

If I can figure a way to post before and after pics I will try.

thanks again,
