Video blacking with current date set

Hello,
I'm trying to find out why this desktop is driving me crazy! Asus P4P800SE W/3.2 CPU, 2 gigs of ram. When the clock is set to the current date, it causes my monitor the flash black every couple seconds. After bootup, it changes my video settings. So, I change it to 2002 and it works great.

I have changed my video card & my CPU, and still continues. Please help, as I can't recieve any updates, and I have to approve everything.

Have you looked on the Asus website for Bios updates ? Maybe they fixed that in one of the firmware revisions. It looks more like a motherboard problem.
