Looks like my motherboard is going bad.

Currently have a Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3, holding a core 2 duo 2.4ghz and 4gigs DDR2-800 RAM.

Like a very solid and stable board.
No overclocking will be done.
Have 2-3 drives and up to 8gigs memory.
Dont need onboard video as I have a GTX 260 card.
Would like to pay under $100 if possible.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

I have the exact same board in one of my builds since 2006. Are you sure it's going bad?

Ironically, I'd be recommending you get another Gigabyte board.
