Suggest me mother board

hi ..
i want to build a new Desktop PC . i have selected processor as

INTEL CORE 2 QUAD Q9550 2.83Ghz (12MB CACHE - 1333Mhz FSB)

and i want Intel mother board .. please guide me , which board i have to purchase which shoul b future proof ..

That CPU is a 775 so you're not going to get a future proof motherboard.

We need to know more about what you want to use the computer for. For example, you might want more than one videocard, and some motherboards only work with Crossfire (AMD).

Also, do you specifically want an Intel-manufactured m/b?

Any budget restrictions? What are you planning for the other components, e.g. how much RAM, what OS?

LGA 775 is a dead end, tou either want AM3 (AMD Phenom II), LGA 1366 (Core i7/i9), or wait for the LGA 1156 (Core i3/i5/i7)

what you say about this board ..

INTEL DP45SG (LGA775-SND+GIGA LAN-1333MHZ FSB) DDR3 SUPPORT-2X
PCX SLOT

Also tell me .. wheteher i have to go for DDR3 or DDR2 for this processor.

i have already use AMD authlon .. temprature in paksitan reaches about 50 dehree c . Amd have heat up problem
