Which is better??

i have a windows xp sp3 and windows 7 ultimate..
which one is better for gaming guys?? i want to have more fps in games...im currently using win 7 ulti..
heres my specs
amd sempron 140 processors 2.75 ghz
1 gb ddr2 memory ram
1 gb ddr3 nvidia geforce 210 1000mhz
and i dont the rest like motherboard i dont know how to check what model it is..just asking for the better os for gaming

Not an easy thing to say. It's almost as bad as asking what is better PC or Apple?

The Win 7 guys are going to say, it's the latest, and look how pretty.

The XP clan will respond, yea, but mine can out-run yours in reverse.

It's an opinion. There are scientific studies to show one is faster than the other, but test are too often application specific. The common user will have a hard time actually realizing any difference, they both go fast with the right hardware.

oww ok..maybe i will stick for win 7 for now..next reformat i will install the xp to try if its good for gaming..
