The number one thing I hate about Microsoft Visual C++ programs is the fact you have no control over what hard drives the installation will occur to, forcing me to have to disconnect the E drive just to install it on the C drive where I want it. Trouble is, not knowing this, I ended up with several extra folders on my E drive that I can't delete. All I get, even with a DOS-based boot disk, is an "access denied" error. The DOS-based boot disk route tells me that a file called "update.exe" is present within this, but the file is 0 bytes. Nothing is in those folders, but they hog up space. Is there anyway to delete these 2 folders?
